Kimberly Laurenne
Born and raised in New Jersey, Kimberly Laurenne began her career on the stage as a dancer. As a very little girl, she was enrolled in competitive tap and ballet classes. Eventually, she came to realize her full potential as a triple threat, and began performing in various theaters across the state. After two summers of apprenticeship with The Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven, NJ, Kimberly was off to New York City.
After a brief run at Marymount Manhattan College, Kimberly went on to find her true home at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. After graduating in 2008, she would go on to perform both on stage and on film from New York City to New Orleans.
Recently, Kimberly has found great excitement in trying different hats in the industry. In April 2010, she produced her first feature film, "The Kings of Yorktown," under the direction of Darren Marshall, and is looking to direct a film of her own someday soon.
Kimberly is thrilled to be working with such an incredibly talented group of people, and is extraordinarily hopeful for the future of this company.
